Learning and Listing

Here are the things I’ve learned in Scotland so far:

* How to walk in the rain without an umbrella.

* Sunshine is ephemeral, but plentiful.

* Absinthe isn’t really hallucenogenic.

* There are no secrets in a hostel.

* Wait for the green man before you cross the street.

* Music on the radio doesn’t get any better .

* It’s always a good idea to talk to strangers

* There are wonderful people wherever you go.
